Kongsberg Automotive

Kongsberg Automotive was a design-build renovation project of the existing HVAC system. The existing facility did not have enough outdoor air or humidity control. Work included installation of a new forced air system which allowed for monitoring and control of both temperature and humidity.

Bell & Blaire managed the complexity of having to work without affecting Kongsberg Automotive’s daily operations. Through a collaborative approach with the facilities maintenance staff and manger, we were able to design, fabricate, and install a new HVAC system and provide a completely climate-controlled space without interruption.
