President & Owner
John Meade founded Bell & Blaire LLC in 2012. John manages the overall business operation and focuses on building and developing the Bell & Blaire team. John’s business philosophy has always been focused on quality craftsmanship, creative solutions, and satisfied business partners. He has also always valued the importance of building relationships with each individual client to ensure a desired project outcome. Under John’s leadership, Bell & Blaire LLC has developed a respectable reputation in the industry which he measures by the number of satisfied customers with repeat business.
Chief Financial Officer
Chip Bailey has served as the Chief Financial Officer at Bell & Blaire since 2015. Prior to joining Bell & Blaire LLC, he spent 10 years as accounting and treasury manager in the powder coating industry and 5 years as staff accountant in the health care sector. Chip’s main responsibilities include strategic planning, budgeting and financial reporting. Other responsibilities include managing payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as treasury management. Chip is dedicated to helping Bell & Blaire LLC achieve and maintain success through practical and sound financial processes. Chip holds a BS in Accounting from Heidelberg University, Tiffin, Ohio.
Ray Morrison stands at the forefront of every project and has extensive knowledge and experience in the sheet metal industry. Ray has over 25 years of shop management experience and oversees the processes of design and fabrication from product conception to delivery. Ray is recognized for the production of quality metal fabrication with the ability to create designs unique and functional to each project. Ray is committed and dedicated to his work and his team and is a leader in implementing lean construction principles in the sheet metal shop resulting in maximum production and efficiency. Ray continues his commitment to teaching and leading as one of our NCCER certified sheet metal instructors.
Plumbing/ Mechanical Piping Manager
Brian Burns was instrumental in the development of the Plumbing and Piping Division at Bell & Blaire LLC. Brian manages all aspects of the Plumbing and Mechanical Piping Division and is also a Project Estimator. Brian takes pride in his honest work and the quality service he provides to our clients. Brian holds a master plumbing license and brings over 20 years of experience in the mechancial trades.
Robert Hampton joined Bell & Blaire LLC at the beginning and has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He has managed various projects in sectors to include healthcare, education, hospitality, and assisted living over the span of his career. Robert is responsible for managing our special projects as well as managing client accounts. As an Account Manager, Robert enjoys the partnership he forms with our clients and our team and strives to provide our customers with a great customer experience while ensuring a successful project. Robert is a NCCER certified sheet metal instructor and appreciates the opportunity to share his industry knowledge with younger generations as they discover a career in HVAC.
Mat Eash has over 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry. As Service Manager, he is responsible for managing refrigeration, controls, startup, warranty work as well as carying out maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems. Mat works closely with both vendors and customers long after a project is complete and ensures that our clients understand their new HVAC system through our owner training program. Mat is dedicated and committed to verifying that all HVAC systems installed or serviced by Bell & Blaire LLC meet our highest quality standards.
Justin has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and has a vast understanding of construction in the industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors. In his role as Project Manager, Justin is responsible for managing client relationships, complete project oversight, and ensuring that projects remain on schedule and within budget through communication with the project team and our clients. Justin is also committed to teaching the next generation of sheet metal workforce as a NCCER certified apprenticeship instructor.
Director of Marketing
Claudia Meade is Director of Marketing at Bell & Blaire LLC and is responsible for branding, social media and website development. Claudia also manages our Apprenticeship and Safety programs and assists with Employee Relations. Claudia earned a B.S. from Ohio University and an M.S. from Kent State University.
