Lean Construction

Mechanical Piping
We install various types and sizes of pipe in a variety of commercial, industrial, and institutional settings. Our capabilities include heating water, chilled water, refrigeration piping, and condensate piping. We are committed to implementing the most up-to-date technological advancements and use the latest methods of grooved and press, however we have the ability to use traditional methods of piping connections such as welding and soldering. As part of our commitment to efficiency and added value through our lean construction approach, we will recommend alternate materials that will offer savings in labor and materials. Sheet Metal
Sheet metal has been Bell & Blaire’s foundation from the very beginning and we strive to be an industry leader in providing quality sheet metal through superior craftsmanship and state of the art design. Our skilled and experienced on-site workforce has the ability to install complex ductwork systems that involve piece numbered fittings, detailed shop drawings, and specialties materials. Our fully automated fabrication facility allows us the capability to produce any type of ductwork including:

Plumbing
The recent addition of the plumbing division at Bell & Blaire has allowed us the ability to provide a full mechanical service. This gives us more control over the mechanical portion of a project which streamlines the process and results in enhanced communication and collaboration while capitalizing on quality and added value overall.
