Courtyard by Marriott was a 10-story hotel that included an underground parking deck, three conference rooms, a theater, a bar and grille, a fitness center, and 110 guest rooms. A variable refrigerant flow system with press refrigerant fittings and alternate equipment manufacturers were selected because they provided the same efficiency as the base of design at a lesser cost.
